Guys that you for quickly diagnosing/fixing my son, James, 2014 Ford 150 and getting him quickly back on the road at a fair price. To all the dad’s and mom’s whose kid is attending shsu away from home I highly recommend Steve’s tuneup for all your auto needs.

Steve and his staff are great–I have never had a mechanic be as quick and helpful as these people. Their prices are fair and I have a Volkswagen diesel that alot of places refuse to work on. I called Tune Up after being turned away by another mechanic in town and they gladly agreed to do work for me. They are able to order parts for my car and get them in fast, and they charge very reasonable rates for parts and labor. They are friendly and helpful on top of all that. I have taken my car to them twice now for work and I have had a great experience both times. They are great, highly recommend.

Yesterday, I went to the Discount Tire Co. nearby to get my tire replaced after a blowout. In the process, they managed to break my car’s driver side handle and after I called them out on it, recommended I come to Steve’s. When I got here, Steve let me know they needed to order the part but it would be there by 10:30 a.m today and they could fix it then. After finishing up my appointment, I can wholeheartedly say they did a wonderful job. Their service was efficient, the handle looked great, and they even performed a free check engine inspection. The person I spoke to (I believe it was Christy) was amazing. I still need a deeper diagnostics check run on my car so I will certainly be coming back!

I was in my work vehicle. Three hours from home. They helped me with a warranty of an interstate battery even though they were clearly very busy. They got me back on the road when there was no financial incentive for them. Great folks at Steve’s.

We stopped at Steve’s because we had gotten a hitch and trailer from Uhaul and they attached our hitch wrong. We didn’t find out till mile 50 of a 2000 mile move. We stopped by Steve’s and they were able to attach the hitch right and had us out and back on the road in no time. Very friendly, very fast, and very well priced. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The service was top notch and the prices for my repairs were the same! Not to mention they had finished my repairs within a few hours which I wasn’t expecting! Thanks to all at tune-up plus for being so awesome! Will be back when I need you guys again!
